**2. Accounts and Eligibility**
To make a purchase or use our advanced features (like the Gang Sheet Builder), you must be at least 18 years old. You're responsible for maintaining your account information and keeping your password safe. If we notice suspicious activity, we may temporarily suspend access for your protection.

**3. Uploading Artwork**
When uploading designs to our platform, you confirm that:

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, we do not print content that includes:

* Pornographic or extremely violent imagery

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. However, production time may vary depending on volume and order complexity. You’ll always receive tracking details once your order ships.
We recommend double-checking your file before uploading. Because our items are custom-made, we can't accommodate edits once production begins.

**6. Returns and Reprints**
All products are custom printed and made-to-order. For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer error (incorrect file, sizing, placement, etc.).
However, if your order arrives with a clear production defect or damage in transit, we’re here to help. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll quickly review your case and offer a reprint or refund if eligible.
