**Return and Refund Policy**
At PressCraft, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in the quality and precision of our custom printing services. As each item is made-to-order, our return and refund policy is designed to balance customer support with the realities of customized production.

**1. Made-to-Order Products**
All of our products—including UV DTF Transfers, DTF Transfers, Gang Sheets, and Custom Uploads—are custom printed based on your submitted artwork or specifications. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons unrelated to product quality (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size or design uploaded by the customer).

**2. Damaged or Defective Products**
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or contains an error that was our fault, we will gladly provide a replacement or offer a refund. To initiate a resolution:
* Contact us within 7 days of delivery
* Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos showing the defect or damage
We will review and resolve your request quickly—usually within 1 business days.

**3. Color Variations and Print Expectations**
Due to differences in monitor calibration and the nature of CMYK printing, slight color shifts may occur. These are considered normal and not eligible for return or refund unless significantly off from the uploaded artwork.
We recommend all files be submitted in CMYK color mode with 300 DPI resolution and a transparent background where applicable to ensure optimal results.

**4. Customer Artwork Responsibility**
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure artwork is submitted correctly. This includes proper dimensions, resolution, bleed margins, and file formats. We do not offer refunds for blurry prints, low-resolution images, or file errors unless the mistake was on our end.

**5. Lost or Undelivered Packages**
If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, we encourage you to:
* Verify the shipping address provided
* Check with neighbors or your local postal carrier
If the package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact us and we will work with the shipping provider to find a resolution. Claims must be filed within 10 days of the estimated delivery date.

**6. Return Authorization**
We do not accept returns without prior authorization. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return address. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

**7. Non-Refundable Circumstances**
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
* Improper file preparation by the customer
* Use of transfers on incorrect surfaces (e.g., UV DTF applied to textiles)
* Delays due to carrier issues or customs
* Dislike of texture or finish after application

**8. Order Cancellations**
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement, provided production has not begun. Once a file is in production, we cannot cancel or modify the order.
